Welcome to Shark Bonus. By accessing sharkbonus.co or purchasing access to the Shark Bonus members vault, you agree to these terms. Read them. They're short.
1. What Shark Bonus Is
Shark Bonus is an independent, informational database of online casino, sportsbook, sweepstakes, and crypto casino welcome offers. We aggregate publicly available promotional information and add our own analysis, wagering math, and strategy guides. We are not a casino, a sportsbook, a payment processor, or a gambling operator. We do not accept bets, hold funds, or facilitate any gambling activity.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this site or purchase access to the members vault. By using Shark Bonus you represent that you meet this requirement and that participating in real-money gambling is legal where you live. It is your responsibility to verify the laws in your jurisdiction before claiming any bonus listed in the database.
3. Purchase and Access
Access to the members vault is sold through Whop for a one-time payment of $49 USD. After purchase, you'll receive a license key and the ability to sign in via your Whop account. Access is granted for the lifetime of the product, including all monthly database updates. Access is non-transferable and tied to the purchasing Whop account.
4. The $100 Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a money-back guarantee: if, after working through the database, you cannot identify or claim at least $100 in bonus value across the offers listed, we will refund your $49 purchase in full. To qualify, the request must be made within 30 days of purchase. Email support@sharkbonus.co with your Whop receipt to initiate a refund. Refunds are processed through Whop within 7 business days.
5. No Gambling Advice or Guaranteed Returns
Shark Bonus provides information about publicly advertised promotions. We do not provide gambling advice, do not guarantee that any bonus will result in a profit, and do not guarantee that you will be approved for any specific casino account. Wagering requirements, bonus terms, and offer availability change frequently and are controlled by the casinos themselves, not by us. Gambling involves risk. You can lose money. Never gamble more than you can afford to lose.
6. Third-Party Links
The database links to external casino, sportsbook, and sweepstakes operators. We do not control those sites, do not endorse them beyond listing their public offers, and are not responsible for their content, terms, or operations. Your interactions with any third-party operator are governed by that operator's own terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in the members vault — bonus listings, strategy guides, wagering math, playbooks, and the underlying database — is the property of Shark Bonus and is licensed to you for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, scrape, republish, or share access credentials with anyone else. Sharing your account or content publicly is grounds for revocation of access without refund.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Shark Bonus to:
- Violate any applicable gambling, consumer protection, or tax law in your jurisdiction
- Engage in bonus fraud, multi-accounting, or any activity that violates a casino's terms
- Resell, redistribute, or scrape the database content
- Access the members vault without a valid, paid Whop license
9. Disclaimers
Shark Bonus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or current availability of any bonus listed. Bonuses can be modified or discontinued by the casinos at any time without notice. We update the database monthly but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shark Bonus, its owners, and its affiliates are not liable for any losses — including gambling losses, lost profits, missed bonuses, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — arising from your use of the site or the database. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for access ($49).
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of the Shark Bonus operating entity.
